Synopsis[]
In Winter 1999, tensions are high on Y2K. At the New Years Eve party, a not-so-secret conversation changes the lives of the trio forever. In Summer 2000, suspicion falls on Ned after some new evidence from summer 1999 comes to light.[2]

- This episode's title is a reference to Ned yelling at Megan that Y2K is "not a party", but the impending end of the world.
- By extension, it's a reference to the Year 2000 problem, which caused widespread predictions of computer malfunctions that would lead to major disasters worldwide and bring society to a standstill.
