Lexi Underwood is an American actress and singer. She stars in the second season of the Freeform original series, Cruel Summer, as Isabella LaRue.[1]

Lexi is most known for her role in the Hulu original series, Little Fires Everywhere as Pearl. She also portrayed Athena in the sci-fi series Will vs The Future. Other roles included Code Black, Henry Danger, and Raven's Home. In 2022, she portrayed Malia Obama in the Showtime series The First Lady.
On April 27, 2022, Lexi was announced as starring opposite Sadie Stanley in the Freeform original series, Cruel Summer. She portrays Isabella LaRue, who was previously portrayed by Eloise Payet before the role was recast to Lexi.[1]

- Lexi is the second actress to join Cruel Summer after a recast, following Olivia Holt in Season 1.
- She is the youngest actress in both seasons, beginning filming at the age of 18. Chiara Aurelia previously held the youngest title when she was at 19.
- She was able to bring one of her personal hair stylists, Marva Stokes to the set. They decided together to use wigs for the series, and Marva made all of the wigs and worked with the set's main styles to create the looks. She teased the looks saying, "The summer look is very summer. It's bright. It's fun. The winter looks are a little bit more polished and mature looking."[2]
